What types of therapy do you offer?
I work integratively which means I use different models of therapy to help you in a way that suits you best and is tailored to you. This is to help to meet your individual needs and help you achieve your personal goals.
Sessions are available face-to-face in-person, online, or as a blend of both. Therapy doesn’t have to be weekly or long-term to be effective. We can work at a pace that feels realistic for you, taking into account time, life commitments, and financial demands, while still creating space for therapeutic change and understanding. This can all be discussed and agreed in the initial consultation.
Online or In-Person sessions in:
Churchill Square, Kings Hill, West Malling, Kent, ME19 4WN
Westcroft Leisure Centre, Westcroft Road, Carshalton, SM5 2TG
Woking Leisure Centre, Woking Park, Kingfield Road, Woking, GU22 9BA
Online sessions are available UK wide and internationally subject to local laws
I have a lot of experience helping people with common mental health problems like depression, anxiety or stress. I also have specific training to help people affected by alcoholism, drug addiction, compulsive behaviours like gambling and shopping to sexually compulsive behavior like problem porn use and sex addiction therapy.

Counsellor qualifications - how to find good therapist
In the UK, the titles Counsellor and Psychotherapist are not protected in any way, essentially anyone can use those terms and set themselves up offering therapy despite having no qualifications or experience. Looking for a therapist who is a member of a body listed on the UK Government Professional Standards Register shows an appropriate level of qualification and experience has been obtained. This in turn gives you the assurance you can trust them and work with them confidently.
I am a member of the following bodies which reflects my level of training and professional development. This assures clients I work safely and appropriately to their benefit. Being a member provides clients help to find professional counselling service or psychotherapists.
